Prime season Saturdays often book well in advance, so we recommend touring as early as possible once you have a general season, month, or date range in mind. Many couples begin venue shopping 12–18 months before their wedding.

How much does a wedding at HR Ranch cost?

What is included with the venue rental?
Wedding packages include full-day access, ceremony spaces, the venue and pavilion, bridal house, groom’s suite, décor access, tables and chairs for up to 220 guests, setup and cleanup of tables and chairs, rehearsal time, and venue support.
Are there optional upgrades?
Yes. Optional enhancements may include wedding director services, decorating services, photo booth access, rehearsal gatherings, bar service, and photography or videography packages.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available, including installment plans leading up to the wedding day. Ask the HR Ranch team about current payment terms when reviewing your contract.

How many guests can HR Ranch accommodate?
Tables and chairs for up to 220 guests are included with the wedding venue rental, making HR Ranch a strong fit for both intimate celebrations and larger North Texas weddings.
Does HR Ranch have getting-ready spaces?
Yes. HR Ranch includes both a bridal house and groom’s suite, giving each side of the wedding party dedicated space to prepare, relax, and enjoy the start of the day.
Are there multiple ceremony locations?
Yes. HR Ranch offers two ceremony locations, allowing couples to choose the setting that best fits their style, guest count, and wedding-day vision.
How long do we have access to the venue?
Wedding packages include a 14-hour access window, typically giving couples time for preparation, setup, ceremony, reception, and the final send-off without feeling rushed.
Is setup and cleanup included?
Setup and cleanup of tables and chairs are included with the venue rental, helping simplify the logistics of the wedding day.

Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes. HR Ranch is an open vendor venue, which gives couples the flexibility to choose their own catering team and wedding professionals.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Couples may choose their own catering team, allowing the meal and service style to match the celebration they want to create.
Does HR Ranch offer photography and videography?

Is a wedding director required?

Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. All alcohol is purchased through HR Ranch and served by the HR Ranch team to ensure a consistent, well-managed bar experience.
What bar service options are available?

Are bartenders included?
Professional bar service is available. Weddings with 150 or more guests require two bartenders to better support service flow and guest experience.
Are there restrictions on alcohol service?
Yes. HR Ranch does not serve shots, neat pours, or pours on the rocks. This helps maintain a polished and controlled reception environment.
